• Paper Payroll Check Policy

  • Those who choose to receive a paper payroll check each week, will receive it by mail at the address on file in the office. It is the employee’s responsibility to make sure the office has the correct mailing address. Payday will be every Friday for the previous week’s hours worked. It is really in your best interest to enroll in Direct Deposit if possible to eliminate any delays, as we cannot control the postal system timeline and cannot guarantee you will have your physical check by Friday. If for any reason you do not receive your physical check that was mailed, you may contact the office to have a check reissued and you will be charged a fee for cancelation/reissue of the check.

    If at any time you would like to switch to Direct Deposit, you may contact the office and/or your Superintendent for a direct deposit form.
